Our new injection molding workshop features a fully modernized production layout. All water, electricity and gas pipelines adopt overhead installation. Chillers and mold temperature controllers are uniformly configured to ensure stable production conditions. Each injection molding machine is equipped with five-axis automatic manipulators for automatic product and sprue separation, as well as mold monitors to effectively prevent mold damage. With automatic feeding systems, an 8-meter-high factory space, advanced environmental exhaust systems and dual-track electric cranes, the workshop delivers higher efficiency and more consistent quality for our electrical component products.
        Meanwhile, the hardware and stamping workshop has been upgraded with 4 new YOUTH high-precision high-speed stamping presses, supporting a maximum stamping speed of 600 strokes per minute to manufacture precise metal components for switches and sockets.
       Through this full-range equipment upgrade, HONYONE’s overall production capacity has achieved a major breakthrough. The factory now supports an annual output of 100 million pieces of rocker switches, push button switches, fuse holders and IEC sockets, fully meeting global bulk order and customized production requirements.
